  As soon as I called Ben, I had a good feeling. He said he would take care of our problems with our network. He showed up the very next day and dug in. He quickly analyzed the problems and fixed us up. He continued to show up on a moments notice to tweak this or that. He didn't charge for these extra visits. It was and still is quite amazing to see this kind of dedication to his customers. You can't go wrong with The Computer Shoppe.

  Exceptional Customer Service

  Four years ago, I had a chance to meet Ben and his company called... read more service has been exceptional with quick responce time and very little down time. Ben is very concerned about is customers and it shows with personal phone calls and in home servicing of your PC. It's important that you give Ben a chance to fix your PC issues, because you will be completly happy with the results. Bens company is by far light years ahead of most all PC services. Ben keep up the good work, because what you are doing for your customers is working.

  Couldn't be happier

  The Computer Shoppe is fantastic. They deliver a personal touch that is not seen very often in the computer industry. They listened to what I had to say and delivered the best solution for my needs. I highly recommend them to everyone. Not only have they earned my business but also all my friends and families business.

  New Life Long Customer

  I have a Dell computer, it broke and Ben fixed it in 3 hours. If you are a Dell owner there is no need to say anymore. Ben was very professional, courtious, and accomodating. When our Dell finally craps out, and you all know it will I will be asking Ben to build our next computer. The initial cost for for coming out to look at the computer was less expensive than anyone else I called. Just so it is clear I HIGHLY recomend TCS for all your computer needs.

  Outstanding!!!!

  I can't say enough about Ben and TCS!!! I recently ordered a new laptop from Ben I told him exactly what I needed and he delivered. The customer service is top notch and he listens to your needs!!! I would refer TCS to anyone that needs help.

  6 years of Happy

  I bought my laptop and wireless router from Ben with TCS 6 years ago, my wife and I couldn't be happier. It's met every expectation and after 6 years it's still working great. When we're ready to upgrade/update we'll go back to TCS.

  Great Friendly and Fast Service!

  Thank you The Computer Shoppe! We had a storm that wiped out our computers, The Computer Shoppe was there to help fix what they could and replace what they couldn't! They knew we needed our equipment and fast. Their fast and friendly service is just what we needed and we were back in business in no time. They are very knowledgable and treat you like a customer...not a number. Anytime we have questions they are there with the answers~

  GREAT JOB!

  Ben did a great job and was very effcient in recognizing the problem and came up with ideas to help make my computer to run mre effeciently! Loved the personalized service touches he put to our computer. He came to me t get the work done and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

  I called... read more a source I didn't fully understand. We laughingly called it their " Command Module."

  Look no further!

  I would usually rate my luck with computer repair people right down there with trying to get service with my cable television company or my phone company. Call for an appointment and be put 4 days out for service and then have to wait home for someone to show up between a 4-5 hour window. They always show up more towards the 5th... read more when I tried this computer company. They actually assisted me right away by sharing my screen with what they called remote support and when it was determined that they needed to make a house call we agreed on a time and they showed up exactly at that time. What was more exciting is that the repair was done in the same visit. I've found my perminent computer repair people. They even called the day after the repair to make sure I was happy and everything was still working to my satisfaction. Completely Satisfied.
