Heres the deal, I'm not the kind of person that has enough time in the day to sit down and write poor reviews online. However in the case of the Burlington Apartments I'll make an exception. In hope I prevent some poor person from making the same mistake I did...

This place is the absolute worst rental/customer service experences I have ever faced. This doesnt stem from one seperate occasion... Since we moved into this overpriced dorm we have seen such ridiculous things come from this apartment and there staff. The staff at this place is enormously rude and discourtious. They act like its your priveledge to pay them over a thousand dollars rent each month, when it should be the other way around. The people in the rental office seriously wouldnt know customer service if it jumped out and crawled in the asses... Im talking like 13yr old teenage girl attitudes... no joke..

As far as the facility, its run down and dirty(except the unit the demo when your looking to move in)... Ive been walking up the same half painted half primered stairwell for three weeks and counting now. Oh yeah as soon as you walk into the stairway to hell, make sure you dont step in any fresh college kid urine, as half the carpets are spotted and the air is musty and urine filled. The carpets throughout the building look like they were installed in the late 70's sometime.... Youll sleep terrible at night as a train goes by every 15 minutes, train is literally located directly outback and shakes the apartment a bit, so thats nice... It does break up the sound of frat parties and loud music from time to time so thats nice.... Theres absolutly nowhere to park your car besides there overpriced garage units that will cost you a cool extra 100 dollars each month per car... If you cant afford that like alot of folks these days, your walking... far... groceries dogs kids it doesnt matter... Also be carefull its not grass mowing day as they will shoot 5lbs of grass/rocks/debris all over your car... They dont even attempt to shoot the grass the other way... happened all summer, every single time without fail... There weightroom is nice if you like working out with 11 screaming kids inside the gym on average, running around like its a playhouse... theres always a busted piece of equipment that takes weeks or several months until replaced or fixed. Treadmill hasn't worked properly since i moved in 10 months ago...

I could type a small novel on how bad this place truly is, your best bet is to look elsewhere as this place is way overpriced and seriously the staff upfront is a joke.. I think residents here are figuring it out as I see 3 times the amount of people moving out as I do moving in... Theres lot of other places that will treat you right and appreciate your business..
