Totally agree with the other two negative reviews. If you do choose to use this clinic, do not pay your bill until you get your EOB (explanation of benefits) from your insurance company!! My mother passed away in May - I'm executor of her estate and am handling all her finances. Multicare kept sending invoices for over $400. I questioned this because some of my Mom's EOB's said they had not coded the contracted price (in other words, overcharging my poor 91- year-old Mom!). I contacted Medicare and they sent me all the EOB's for her appts with this clinic. Guess what - according to Medicare, my Mom owed NOTHING!! I then called Multicare telling them what Medicare had said. Surprise! Surprise! I get another bill from Multicare with a balance owed of $0.00!!! WOW!! Be very cautious if you go to this clinic. They over-billed several of my Mom's appts and actually had to send money back to Medicare (this was a notation on one of the EOB's). And to top it off, when I took my Mom to see one of the female doctors in that clinic prior to her death, she treated my 91-year-old Mom terribly. Was condescending and snotty to this old woman. She also strutted into the exam room with no lab coat and no credentials hanging on her neck. I had to ask her who she was because she totally ignored me. My advice - find a different clinic.

The rude nurse who took my blood pressure cited very low numbers (I monitor mine regularly through multiple methods). When asked about it she said "well, you must be getting better" and stormed out of the room. I then discussed with the doctor, who attempted to retake it. She told me the cuff was leaking. She tried another and found the same thing. Then the previously rude nurse charged into the room with a raised voice to the doctor stating "they are all broken, that's all we have". After a heated exchange between the two of them she brought in an electric one. The reading came much closer to the range I see normally.

These people are working at a independent clinic cause they all washed out of the major medic systems in the area. They are rude, slow and stupid. The visit care coordinator decides your business with the doctors not you. I am disappointed with their comport.

Doctors I have seen have been very impersonal, not thorough. I am planning to switch clinics as fast as I can.
