        Coercive Billing Practices

        My year long contract has been fulfilled and its been almost another year since. Finally, the credit card number I supplied with my original membership expired. The office manager Katy called and wanted a new credit card number. I declined saying I was not interested in continuing my relationship. She threatened to send me to collections. I refused and said I wanted an apology for her coercive behavior. Even after I later supplied my new credit card info to close out the account, she still sent my file to collections. I'm currently looking for others to join in a class action lawsuit against their coercive behavior. You can contact me at rtpars7087@msn.com.
