Deck The Walls

This was the worse expierence I had with the rose Dale and mall of America store locations. These two store franchise locations employees made a huge mistake and ordered the wrong expensive frame and glass for my piece and tried to push it off as the original. I noticed the frame and glass was not the right ones. I was lied to repeatedly because Ann and Matt refused to tell the truth what really happened with the frame and glass and these two employees even made other co-workers lie to cover up their big mistake. I can't believe what lengths these two employees and other co-workers at these two store franchise rose Dale and mall of America locations went to because they could not just been honest with a customer and just told me that they orderd the wrong frame and glass.
