        bad experience

        I got my hair done with one of their best girls I asked for highlights and took a picture of how I wanted it. The highlights were all different sizes some skinny some chunky it didn't look even and the back of my head was completely dark. No highlights. Just the front. I asked for them platinum blonde and they were yellow and she didn't want to tone them. I had to go to sallys myself and tone my own hair. I also got a trim and she cut way more off than what I asked for.
