St Michael Car Care Center

I've been a Goodyear customer for 30 years. We do a lot of summer driving. I've serviced our vehicles on vacation at multiple stores up and down the East Coast. I stopped in this store to top of my windshield wiper fluid, which has been done for FREE at every station in the last thirty years. They wanted to charge me for it. I explained my VIP Customer Loyalty. They looked at me like I had two heads. I've spent at least $50k over 30 year period. "I'm sorry we don't do that. We have to pay for our fluid." At that point, I just turned away and left. They don't get customer service. The markup on services at GY is high. It's worth it for quality service, reliability of repairs, customer care, and countrywide warranty.

I'll continue to visit other stores. Just not this one.

Went to get an oil change today, I have to say it was a breath of fresh air! They told me my head light was out. Did not try and up sell me on them fixing it, no bull crap about my air filter or wiper blades, just honest service with a smile, I recommend them to anyone!
