Happy Cab is, without a doubt, the best cab service I've used since moving to Kingsland 10 years ago. The wonderful service I receive from the dispatchers and drivers is what makes me a repeat customer. My drivers have always been professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. They always arrive quickly to pick me up and the rides to my destination have always been smooth. My favorite driver is Mrs. Diane; she is such a sweetheart! The dispatchers are knowledgeable about the area and give accurate arrival times and fare estimates every time. Best service in town, hands down!!

Happy Cab is a breath of fresh air in the transportation industry. I’ve been a long-time Happy Cab customer, but this afternoon my friend told me about Happy Cab’s new booking app so I decided to try it for myself. The app was highly accessible, straightforward, and very user friendly. Stacey, the dispatcher on duty, called to confirm my ride request within minutes of my having used the booking app. My driver, Mary, arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule in a clean and fresh-smelling cab. She was professional and super polite, as always! Love the app! Highly recommended Happy Cab!

UBER canceled my pre-booked 3:30AM ride to the JAX airport with ZERO notice. Panicked, with takeoff approaching and no time to spare, I Googled taxi services near me and was provided with several companies in my area. First on the list was Happy Cab and I am so thankful that I called them! Within 15 minutes of having spoken with the dispatcher, Stacey, my driver, Bee, arrived at my location. She loaded my luggage and even opened the car door for me. We were heading to the airport within moments of her having arrived. I really appreciate the sense of urgency and friendly manner we were greeted with during this minor fiasco as well as the superior customer service we received from both Stacey and Bee. Happy Cab dispatchers have excellent customer service skills! I regularly schedule cab rides for transporting my mom to and from her hair appointments and other social activities. Last week, my family and I were vacationing in another state and before heading out of town, things were so hectic, I had completely forgotten to reserve a cab for my mom’s ride to her Monday afternoon Bridge Club. Lacee, the dispatcher on duty Sunday night, realizing my mom wasn’t scheduled as she usually is, called me to check on my mom and to see if mom was in need of a ride for Bridge Club. I was quite surprised and so thankful that even when I had forgotten to schedule my mom’s ride, Happy Cab remembered. Thank you, Lacee! Happy Cab’s reliability makes my busy life so much easier.

I called the night before to request a 5am taxi ride to the airport for my husband and me. The owner, Stacey, was dispatching and promptly answered my call. She was courteous and professional throughout the booking process, assuring us we were in good hands. The next morning, Stacey’s promise came true: our driver, Diane, arrived before schedule and got us to the airport in what felt like a flash. After our first experience with Happy Cab, we WILL be repeat customers EVERY TIME we are in St. Mary’s. We highly recommend Happy Cab!

This cab company was a life saver in an emergency situation. Lacee, the person who booked the cab for me, was professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that the cab ride was booked. I cannot say enough about her willingness and kindness...something that we need more of in this world! Thank you Lacee!

It was going to be a two hour wait that is a little crazy for a small town cab

Our first time using Happy Cab was absolutely amazing! Anthony showed up in a clean cab with a smile and more than willing to get us loaded up and safely to our location. We use them every time and strongly recommend everyone else does too!

I used this taxi cab service a few times and I don't plan on using any other in the local area. Miss Diane is a very sweet,friendly driver that makes the trip enjoyable.I used the other cab company who just opened up ASAP to give them a try and they take forever for the pickup and the ride is not private they pack in other fairs at the same time so you have to ride around town in the cab 45 mins just to go home.Happy Cab is super quick to get a cab there when you need one,plus they have the largest fleet between here and Savannah with professional dispatchers using the state of the GPS equipment. I highly recommend Happy Cab over any cab service in the area.

The driver, Richard, showed up quickly and was, honestly, our best experience with customer service the entire weekend!!! He helped us think of a place to go for dinner. He was super social and friendly! When my friend thought she left her phone in the car, we called him and he returned to help look for it. She ultimately found it on the ground and we all had a good laugh! :-D Richard also waited around to drive us home, and his prices were great! A Big 5 Stars! We would use this service again and again! Thank you, Richard!

Had a wonderful round trip with Happy Cab to the Publix and back yesterday. It was the first time ever using Happy Cab, and I'm certainly happy I chose them. I highly recommend this company. The staff is very polite, professional, and personable. The driver offered to wait on me and helped me with my groceries, and the fare was very reasonable. Call them whenever you need a ride, you will be glad you did! Very satisfied customer.

Of course,I used these guys last night when ma ans some friends decided to make couple of bar runs!Being from out of town I had no idea where anything was very knowledgeable and very patient in dealing with us trying to locate our hotel address for several minutes! Very friendly people and a great taxi service to use if you're not in the best driving condition!
