I also had a problem with my lcd display after it was repaired by them, however upon calling the store the manager, they were eager to fix it for free. when i asked what had happened they assured me that it was only a defective part and that their warranty would cover it. i brought it in and about 45 minutes later i had a perfect working phone again. I wasn't too happy about making the drive twice but their upbeat service and commitment to make me leave happy has earned them a future repeat customer. i don't know exactly whats wrong with your phone but next time i would call if you have an issue, they took care of me
This is a wonderful store....efficient manager and helpful salespeople. I went in to buy a chair to be sent to ATL...because I wanted this store to get credit....Lazy boy doesn't work like that. But I picked the chair out, and the manager called ATL, and processed the order from here....for me....She had the salesperson explain the terms and conditions over the phone. They emailed my contract.....this store faxed my signature over....It was a great experience to receive such phenomenal customer service. I recommend this store to everyone! You'll be pleased! Karen
Yesterday, I had an experience that reminded me that customer service is not completely dead. I was looking for a certain computer accessory. I called Radio Shack on Lindell Blvd and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable employee named Sandra who advised me of the product's availability. Upon arriving at the store, I found the people there friendly and courteous. Sandra quickly located my product and even helped me evaluate it for my needs. I thought she displayed great customer service. Great job!
