We had looked all over the metro for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had about driven myself crazy looking for exactly what I wanted in the right color and options. A family member finally told me to go to South County and let them find it for me. They didn’t have to look very far as it was on their lower showroom. (can’t believe I missed it) Two phone calls later I picked my new Jeep up on my way home from work. When you call there their phone message says where less buys more. They are not kidding. The price I paid was less than other dealers had quoted for vehicles with fewer options than mine. Every day on my way to work I pass a bill board for them that says huge inventory -- amazing prices. I suggest they change it to huge inventory and amazing people.
I should have gone to Advance Auto Parts first! I went to Autozone to get an alternator tested in-store, but they told me their connector wouldn't fit. They shrugged their shoulders and turned me away. I went across the street to O'Reilly's Auto Parts - same story. I started to get worried that I had some odd alternator and wondered how I would ever find a replacement. Advance Auto Parts in Breckenridge Hills tested it right away. No problems. No confusion. No asking if I was sure I knew my make and model. The alternator was tested and replaced in 5 minutes time. Service was great. I got everything I needed. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I would recommend this location for its service and reliability.
Have not bought a car in 22 years. Don Brown mad that experience wonderful. They came and got me, listened to my needs, found a BRAND NEW Chevy Traxx, provided a payment that was beneficial, got 10 year bumper to bumper warranty, and I drove her home within hours. Drove 50 miles and it was well worth it!! Excellent customer service. Had keyless entry installed. Service department was helpful and friendly. Was recommended by dealer and rated very well w/the BBB. Was quoted a reasonable price and time for installation about an hour and 1/2. Work was completed in an hour and price was reduced by $100!!! Keyless entry works great. I would highly recommend and would do business w/VIP in a heartbeat. thanks!!!
i used to go to auto zone thinking the price was cheaper,but after a few times of getting parts from them,than getting home and finding out it was the wrong part,deciede to go to stl auto co. they are very knowelgeable,and the prices were actually cheaper,plus i havnt had to go back once because the part was wrong.so anyone out there wants good service,honesty,and no hidden costs on parts or machine i recommend going to stl auto co.
I bought a new car here a couple weeks ago and it was a very pleasant transaction but I never thought to write a review. After having a small issue with the car I brought it in to have it looked at. The issue was rectified quickly and when I got my car back it was cleaned and the tank was full. No other dealer has ever bothered to do such a thing.
My best car buying experience ever!!! They were nice and friendly, answered all my questions and let me take the time to make my decision without being pushy. I got the car I wanted on the terms I wanted, and got treated with respect. This is a dealership a woman can go in and buy a car with no worries. Two thumbs up!!!!
Just like the yards I use to go to in the windy years back.Called them up for a trans I could not find in Decatur ,Il.They had several already pulled at half the price they where asking around here.Took a two hour road trip and they had it waiting for me.Some Good-Ol-Boys,even loaded it up for me excellent service

Sorry I can't agree with the assessment of Andy. He has never sold me anything I didn't need. Couple times I went to him after had estimate from another shop. I got what I needed and not what the other shop "tried" to see me.
