I have been a loyal customer of Vitality's for 3+ years. I have had a variety of services including massages, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and even nutritional counseling. I cannot begin to describe the impact that these services and the people providing them have had on my life. You can see the love and support among the employees as soon as you walk in the door. They pass that along to their customers as well. It is a homey, relaxing environment and always makes me feel better no matter which service I am getting. These people truly care! I will be a customer for life!

I have tried several salons for waxing but my best experience was with vitality spa... Bonnie was really very sweet and she made my experience painless and relaxing!

I had made appointments for myself, my mother, aunt, and sister to get mani's and pedi's two days before my wedding. The appointments were made three weeks prior, and I was called by Vitality to move the appointments earlier to better accomodate our small group. I was okay with that but when we arrived they were running 15min late. The spa seemed very chaotic and disorganized. They didn't know who was working on who and what services we were suppose to get. They even provided the wrong services.
The lady working on my mom had the flu and finally left mid-appointment. The rest of the staff was extremely unprofessional complaining about having to work later into the day.
I had been growing my nails out for months for my wedding and the lady performing my manicured completely cut my nails down without asking. It literally was the worse manicure I have ever recieved and was 65 dollars. I had to go the next day and have acrylic nails put on.
You only get one chance to make a first impression and after such an awful and disheartening experience we will never be returning. Not the memories I wanted to share with my family two days before my wedding. I would never recommend this spa to anyone. St. Louis has plenty of better salons to visit.

I am always extremely impressed with the service that I receive at Vitality Unlimited Spa. The staff is always calm and welcoming and no matter how stressed I am when I enter the door, I feel relaxed when I leave! They really care about my needs and believe in what they do. I started coming for massages, but now frequent the spa for everything from manicures and pedicures to waxing to nutritional care! Vitality also carries several lines of high-end products that have become a part of my daily life. I truly have seen a change in my overall wellness since becoming a regular customer of Vitality! I'll be a customer for life!
My family booked a total of 9 services for a spa-day. Unfortunately, one of the massages that had specifically been requested and confirmed suddenly wasn't available when we arrived. Then the appointments themselves were mixed up and I was left laying on a table on my bad back for 45 minutes waiting for my next service. When the massage therapist finally arrived I specifically asked if the rest of my family was finished as I didn't want to leave them waiting and I could have done without the service. I was told no only to find out that they were indeed waiting in the very small lobby while I finished.
While waiting, my mother purchased future services, that we then decided, after discussing the overall experience, we no longer wanted. When we called to cancel the future services and request a refund on the credit card, the owner of the spa, Michele, rather than apologizing for issues we'd encountered and cheerfully refunding us, instead argued with us about the services, made excuses for the lack of service and then finally told us she would take care of it the next day. I asked that she contact us to confirm the credit had been issued. Two days later, after not hearing from her, I called the spa to confirm and the owner told me she had credited the amount less $20 because she was charged that amount by her credit card company for processing the refund. So bottom line, we were charged $20 for services that we didn't receive.
While the massage staff seemed capable enough, the overall experience was not pleasant. Despite stating on their website that "Stressed minds, bodies, and spirits are soothed, centered and nourished," we were instead left more stressed and frustrated by the lack of customer service and the overall attitude of the owner.
I would not recommend this spa if you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Vitality Unlimited Spa provides the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. It is such a quiet, peaceful environment that is perfect for any busy person who wants to relax. I recommend the massages- all of the therapists are very talented and will leave you feeling ten times better than when you came!
