        I've been to this location two times. The staff was always nice to me and they were able to diagnose/treat me quickly. One time they were very busy. I live in the neighborhood so I came home, called back at a later time and they were able to see me right away.

        I brought my son in for a simple sinus infection. We were the first people there right at 8:00am. It took them 15 minutes to get us back into a room. Another 15 to see the doctor. The doctor did a simple exam and then said, "I'll be back in 5 minutes with his discharge papers." When she wasn't back in 15 minutes, I walked out in the hallway and the nurse told me to "go back and wait in the room." It took 55 minutes for our visit and as already stated, my son was the first one seen. Not only that, when the nurse was questioning my son about his symptoms, I tried to add a comment about one of his symptoms. She told me to "be quiet" and that she was "only speaking to my son."

        Go somewhere else. Total Access Urgent Care is much, much better.

        LONG WAIT and VERY EXPENSIVE!

        My son had an ear infection on Easter Sunday and so we went to urgent care to receive treatment. We spent over an hour waiting for care, in the exam room, with no way to pass the time. No books, no magazines, no TV. Doctor was nice enough for a simple exam and diagnosis. We got the bill and it was $350! Outrageous! WE will NEVER go back there again. Steer clear if you would like to save yourself some money!

        The facility is nice and the staff are friendly.

        One issue I had was they billed me another $75 on top of my co-pay. According to my insurance company that St Luke had charged me for an emergency visit not an urgent care. My insurance company called St Luke and confirmed it was an urgent care and I should have not paid the extra $75 and soon I'll get a refund. I found out about this issue when I called my insurance company asking them for a different urgent care that does not charge more than stated. If you had the same situation happened called your insurance company to get your money back.
