Smiley Urgent Care Center

Nothing Smiley about it! I was sent here from Grace Hill and told the charge for Urgent Care was $75. Grace Hill couldn't see me fast enough and feared I had pneumonia so off I went. The doctor was good but extremely quiet. The place is VERY poor looking and pretty empty. They don't even have notepads for the nurses, he had to write my symptoms on a paper towel he took off the wall. I visited there in August 2012 and now, November 2012, I am receiving a bill for another $106! that is crazy! I was told it was $75 and if it was going to be more than that, I would have gone to Walgreens or even my old doctor from when I had insurance. RIDICULOUS! I told them I was NEVER going to pay them. I would never go there again EVER. This is supposed to be for poor people but just expect to pay rich people prices.

I didnt even go to Smiley Urgent care center because when i called to see about how much it would cost to be seen without insurance both women who answered the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional. The first woman yelled at me to talk louder, which is hard to do with strept throat. Smiley urgent care my rear...Very upset at how rude they were over the phone
