Panache Plus Size Resale

I have been a regular customer at Panache Plus. I have filled four of the V.I.P Discount Cards totaling four hundred dollars in merchandise. On my last visit the owner informed me that they have a layaway program. I had my I eye on a Coach bag. I put $50 dollars to hold the coach bag for 45 days. The remaining balance for the bag is $123 dollars. My husband purchased for me the same Coach bag from TJ Maxx brand new for $150. I tried to get a store credit for the $ 50 that I put on the Coach bag at Panache. At first the rude uninformed employees gave me the run around saying the only one who could authorize store credits is the unavailable store owner. Several days later the store owner returned my phone call to inform me that she could not give me a store credit. My only option is to finish paying off the $178 for the used Coach bag. I personally will never shop at Panache plus again. Kimberly S. Pentland as a small business owner you need to take a course on customer service. I hope you have fun with my $50 dollars. This charming shop has such a wonderful selection of items. She has everything from beautiful clothes to great shoes and boots, a great selection of jewelry, purses, and gifts. A+ all the way!!

This is a store where I can finally find clothes that look nice and are not just polyester. She has a nice collection of casual to formal clothes. The fitting room I used was nice and of a good size. I will definitely shop there in the future. Prices also were good.
