It is horrible. This is the closest McDonald's to our home and we almost never go there. Everytime we order, we never receive the correct order. Something is missing or the order is just wrong. I ordered Breakfast this morning and my 2 Burritos were not in the bag, I called (after I made it to work) and the line was busy for hours.

This McDonald's hasn't been open very long but at the rate it's going, it probably won't make it. First let me say I don't expect superior service anymore in North County because the value has seemingly gone down, so I try to be a bit more patient with the remaining businesses here. This new McDonald's is absolutely the worst I've been to. Hands down. They forget at least one item of your order each time you visit. I just left there this morning and when I arrived at my destination, I realized once again they forgot something. My utensils, my pancakes, and for good measure they included the sausage I asked to be removed because I do not consume pork. I have tried to call this store at least three times to speak with management and no one has answered the phone yet. They have no leadership in this store which is a shame because its a good location for a McDonald's. I work in Jennings and I will urge my employees and other businesses in my area to avoid this McDonald's at all costs!!!
This McDonald's is fairly new. So, I expected the service to be decent and the food to be fresh. I placed my order and paid at the first window and drove to the second. After a 15 min wait an emplyoyee finally came to the window and asked me "has anyone taken your order?" Frustrated, I said yes. And handed him my receipt. It took another 10 min to get my order. Lastly, a fry and drink were still missing. The employees are young. And there is apparently no supervision over them at night. I would choose some place else to eat.
