Got seated next to noisy kitchen even though there were plenty of other booths availible. Asked for sweet blackberry iced tea but was served unsweetened plain tea. Asked for salad with no cucumbers when ordering but salad was served with cucumbers and when we asked for another that one was served with cucumbers too. Also when ordering asked for my dinner to be served with bbq sauce not the honey mustard, but my dinne... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse

Born of fire, tested by ice, confirmed by legions of loyal guests each day, LongHorn Steakhouse® has grown to become the undisputed home for great steak done right. Founded in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia, the restaurant began with one man's passion for perfect steak but had very few guests to convince. Then a freak snowstorm hit Atlanta in 1982, stranding motorists and drawing them to one of the only hospitable places available - a restaurant then called LongHorn Steaks Restaurant & Saloon. Tales of expertly grilled steaks soon spread like wildfire, and the legend of LongHorn was born.
By 1990, the restaurant had spread throughout the East, Midwest and Southwest United States and Puerto Rico. In 2007, the restaurant, now called LongHorn Steakhouse, was purchased by Darden Restaurants, Inc.
Today, LongHorn welcomes diners to a modern, relaxing dining experience, with knowledgeable servers offering the finest fresh steaks, chicken and seafood expertly prepared as only LongHorn can.
Beyond legendary steaks done right, LongHorn is also known for being a positive force in the community. Each day, the restaurant gathers unused, fresh food that wasn't served & donates it to local community food banks. LongHorn Steakhouse is proud to give back to the local community and help make a difference in the lives of others.
At LongHorn Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on fresh, boldly seasoned and expertly grilled steaks, including our signature Outlaw Ribeye® and Flo's Filet®. We also serve up fresh seafood, juicy chicken and fall-off-the-bone ribs that are slow roasted in our homemade BBQ sauce. Come in today and enjoy what we like to call a "cut-above" experience -- delicious food and great service in a relaxing atmosphere.
LongHorn will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.

Long Horn is a Texan inspired steakhouse. You may come here with high expectations, but may get let down with their quality and preparation of steaks. Mine was dry, and overcooked. However, they could've been having a bad day. Be very specific with how you want your food to be prepared and served to avoid any dissatisfaction. Was this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse
I have been to a few Longhorn's in other cities, but the best service and steak I ever had was this week at the Sunset Hills location. I sat at the bar and was promptly greated with a smile and specific drink suggestions. After weighing my options on beer and food, I ordered the renegade, loaded mashed potatoes, caesar salad, and a BIG Sam Adam's. Lindsey, the bartender was outstanding with her service. The first visit I got a steak that nearly covered the plate and was delicious, this last visit I got a steak that was less than half the size I ordered. I spoke to the waitress about it and her response was that the company th... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse
