  This review is a long time coming and I am glad to finally get to sit down and write it. I absolutely love my new roof and working with Innovative has been so easy. They bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. My husband and I are Military and have USAA insurance which Innovative met with our adjuster and handled everything for us just magnificently. Colin Martin couldn't have done more to ensure our 100% complete satisfaction. They were even more remarkable when our bank got hacked into and we had to send payments later than expected. NOT one harassing phone call or angry letter. Now how many companies can you say that about these days? I am currently waiting on information about the GAF Roofs for Troops rebate, but I am sure with how wonderful they have already handled everything else that should be a pleasure as well. Hope this review helps make your decision in using Innovative Construction and Roofing a little easier. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

  I had hail damage on my roof and they came out the next day to take a look at it. Innovative was great to deal with, they handled everything from start to finish. They met the adjuster at my house, submitted the necessary paperwork, contacted the insurance company and put the new roof on at my schedule and finished in a couple of days. All I had to do was cash the insurance checks.
  
  There were other roofing contractors working in my subdivision at the time because of the storm and I can tell from listening to some of my neighbors they didn't get the service I got.

  I was more than satisfied with…

  I was more than satisfied with Innovative. We saw our neighbors getting new roofs and had decided we should have ours checked after a recent hail storm. Toby O'Neal happened to show up at our door while he was working on a neighbors roof and noticed our roof and siding damage. Toby and Tim were great to work with. They helped us through the process and completed the work before we even got our insurance check back from the mortgage company. Very professional, very helpful and a great reputation with the BBB! Can't go wrong using these fellas!

  My wife and I had no idea we had hail…

  My wife and I had no idea we had hail damage until Toby O'Neal knocked on our door offering us a free damage inspection. We have not had good luck with contractors so I was very leery to allow it but my wife insisted. Next thing you know we filed a claim and he was ordering us a new roof. Innovative is by the far the most professional and organized group of contractors I have ever worked with and Toby built over 5 of my neighbors roofs, all of whom were overly satisfied. Thank you Innovative we will be referring you to all of our family and friends.

  Toby Oneal, our sales person is very easy to work with. He keeps you informed along the way, looking out for your best interest. They work very well with the insurance company to make sure everything is done properly. After the job was done, Toby came out and inspected everything to make sure everything was done properly and cleaned up. I would recommend Innovative Construction & Roofing to my friends and family (which we have).

  Innovative worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed, worked with us on our insurance claim, was always responsive and Greg was awesome! Even when there was a problem, everyone was quick to get it resolved. We would definitely use Innovative again for our future projects!

Tim Medlock did an excellent job representing the company by being friendly, being reliable, and being in constant communication with us about the progress. Our new roof looks incredible and as people walk by they always compliment how nice our new slate roof looks.

  This past job was the third time…

  This past job was the third time Innovative has worked on my roof. Due to the hail storm, this one was a complete replacement. Aaron was fantastic. I feel he really took care of me. . . he went above and beyond what I expected. I did not have to hassle with the insurance company; he took care of it all. The roof and gutters look beautiful. I have a dog that runs in the back yard every day and with all of the work they did, I have found only one nail. Incredible!

  It all started with a monster hail storm…

  It all started with a monster hail storm. The hail damage was all over the house and car. The roof. The siding. The gutters. The next day the neighborhood was swarming with people trying to get our business. Because of his reasonable approach and calm demeanor Tim Carroll won the business for Innovative Roofing. The best part of the deal is that Tim was there on-site when the insurance adjustor made his inspection. In fact he used Tim's ladder to get on the roof. Tim even made a small repair while they were still up there. The finished work is a sight to behold. Better shingles, new siding and quick completion. Innovative was even gracious while we struggled through the insurance payment as it channeled through the lender's escrow account.
  
  From now on I will call Innovative when I want some work done.

  My experience was good.

  My experience was good. They are very aggressive getting insurance money for anything that looks like it could be hail damaged.
  
  It is nice working with a roofing company that is also a GC.
  
  the subs seemed good and were friendly.
  
  I only hope that the large claim won't cause my insurance premiums to rise -time will tell.

  The repairs they made to my home (new roof, siding, gutters) were good quality. The schedule delays were more than expected but I think that was mostly because there were so many in my area needing repairs after wide spread damage due to a hail storm. I would use them again.

  The work that Innovative Construction…

  The work that Innovative Construction & Roofing did was great. Very detailed in what they did. The work was done in a timely manner considering the weather they were dealing with.
  
  The only issue we had was phone calls being returned from the salesperson that handled our account. It took us to many times calling him for him to return the calls.
  
  But overall we really liked the work that Innovative Construction & Roofing company did.

  WE ARE A BUSY HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN AND WE HAD A VERY SHORT WINDOW TO GET THE ROOF DONE. THE WHOLE JOB WAS VERY SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH!!
  
  THEY DID NOT DISTURB MY GUESTS, THEY KEPT THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND THE ROOF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
  
  CRAIG WAS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES AND WAS AROUND WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS.

  Toby O'Neal and Tim Carroll were the general contractors and representatives on my project. 5 stars is cutting this company and these guys short. I live out in the country in Villa Ridge MO and was painting a trailer in the yard when a Toby approached me and sparked up a conversation then asked if he could inspect my roof for hail damage from the recent storms. I said what storms. Long story short he took a bunch of photos then asked where my home was leaking on the inside so I took him in to show him. He took more photos. He convinced me it was in our best interest to file a claim for wind and hail and said he felt pretty confident that he could get the interior damage covered under the claim as well. When our adjuster came out to inspect the roof Toby and Tim were there early and had the ladder already set up for the adjuster and walked with him the entire time of the inspection. State Farm paid for many repairs that I had no idea was even damaged. Within two weeks (would have been sooner without cold weather) they had the shingles delivered on the roof and all the work complete in a timely and unbelievably clean manner. Toby was at our house with us throughout the entire process making sure things went great and we could not be happier with Innovative. We have already referred Toby and Tim to all of our neighbors and they are filing claims as well to have Innovative replace their roofs. Thank you Innovative for taking care of us when we really did not know our issues were as big as they were. I am a customer for life.

  Innovative Construction replaced my roof…

  Innovative Construction replaced my roof after some hail damage and I couldn't have been more pleased, I received three other bids and not only were they competitive they did a great job. With so many choices on shingles it was a bit overwhelming but I saw a roof I liked in my subdivision and asked if they could do something similar in a different color that matched my home and that's exactly what they did, it took them two days and I couldn't believe how much better it made the overall appearance of my home. I would definitely recommend them!

  So along comes a wind storm and takes…

  So along comes a wind storm and takes off the a huge section right out of the middle of my roof. I called Innovative Roofing and within days my roof was fixed and the color match was perfect between new shingles and existing roof. I dealt with Tim Medlock and Colin Martin, both were extremely professional and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and completed the job in the exact time frame we had discussed. They were not only competitvely priced but also a breeze to deal with. If you need any roof work this is the place to call. Thanks again guys!!!

  We sustained hail damage to our roof and…

  We sustained hail damage to our roof and contacted our insurance company. The adjustor did a site visit and advised us we needed a new roof so start soliciting bids. We obtained 5 estimates and 3 of them were from referrals. One of those referrals was from Innovative Construction & Roofing. After comparing bids and checking each company through the Better Business Bureau we selected Innovative. Our home was 12 years old so this was the original roof and my main goal was to have a quality roof installed to protect everything we owned. Luke Ruebsam was my contact person and coordinated the project. He responded promptly to all of my questions, had crews on site when promised and finished when projected. The installers were professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Our roof looks great and we have not had any problems 90 days after completion. This project cost was approximately $20,000 and I believe it was worth every penny.
