I live less than 2 miles from where I work. I called Harris dispatch at 2:15pm, and didn't have to be at work until 3pm. I assumed this would be plenty of time to travel less than 2 miles. Horrible service, rude driver. Drove well below the speed limit to drive up the cost of the trip. The driver tried to charge us more than what the cost was on the meter. A police officer had to step in when the driver got out of the cab and followed us into our hotel after I told him that he was being rude and dishonest.
