When I got my (new to me) new/used boat I took it to The Fishn' Hole for it's first service. They were in the middle of winterizing boat season and I was looking to get my boat back to go fishing. There was a breakdown in communication. I didn't get my boat back when promised BUT I also had not told them I had already planned a fishn trip. After talking to Steve, I got my boat back that day. If they had met the completion date and I had expressed my need to get it back for my trip there would never have been a problem.
Since then I have had nothing but great service from them. If your going to use The Fishn' Hole and you have a deadline, make sure you let them know your plan's. I now believe they will try and meet your needs.
