Dec 23, 2012. me and my husband ordered pizza. after 45mins we got it and it was cold and the cheese was burnt. so I called and then sent out a new pizza...we decided not to chance it and didnt eat it. this place refuses to give refunds. do not order from here. we stayed at the hyatt downtown st louis. also the manager s are rude and do not care to make their mistakes right. nasty food, bad service!

When I called to place an order, a young man answered the phone. When I asked about delivery orders, i heard a woman in the background tell him to hang up on me, so he did. Rude and unprofessional!!

I like this pizza because it is not as expensive as Imos. I think their prices are very reasonable.

Besides the name, the best thing about Elicia's pizza is that it's not horribly heavy. It has just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza has a distinctive taste that is hard to put your finger on. I was eating Elicia's recently and realized the cheese sort of tastes like Kraft swiss cheese singles. I don't know if that's what they use but whatever it is, it's totally good. I recommend it when you're in the mood for junk food but don't want to have a pig fest.
