Wants in the market for a new car and then totaledy car.
I had 7 days (per my car insurance) to pick and buy a car.
I went to 3 local dealer websites and applied online for finanseing and Don Brown was the only dealer to even reply.
I had an amazing car at a fantastic price in about 4 days.
Shawn and Paul in Internet sales really stepped up and saved me.
If you're looking to buy a new car, go to Don Brown Chevrolet. It was a great place to buy our Traverse. Our salesmen were Paul and Shawn, and they did a great job getting us the deal we wanted. Go to Don Brown, you'll be glad you did!!!

My purchase of the 2013 chevy sonic was fast and simple. Even with my past credit problems they gave me what I asked for without all the pressure.I am very satisfied with the respect and service don brown gave me.
Very good Dealer to buy a vehicle. Very caring for your needs. I thought very speedy. Got what I wanted. Love it. Over all, good service to the customer.
DO NOT GO TO THE COLLISION REPAIR CENTER They take forever and charge you for more than what it costs them. I really wish I would have read the reviews on this place first. I won't repeat what others said but my complaints are the same as the others. I learned my lesson, now you should too.
STAY AWAY FROM THE COLLISION REPAIR CENTER!!! I had my 2009 Pontiac Vibe repaired here, thinking that with the Onstar and whatnot, my best bet was to take it to a Chevrolet dealer. Big mistake. They took over a month to finish, and my insurance only covered a rental for 30 days. After leaving me without a vehicle for a few days, Don Brown finally agreed to cover the cost of another rental. I got my car back a few days later, on a Friday, and when I got home I noticed lots of overspray and dirt in the paint. There were random parts from the interior left lying inside the car, and they had neglected to put a couple small interior parts back on. There was some kind of white line of what looked to be paint transfer on my windshield. I believe they rushed it so they wouldn't have to cover the rental for the weekend. I had to take it back in Monday, only to be shuttled back to my house while I was without a vehicle again for 4 hours while they fixed it. Almost two weeks later while driving my check engine & VSC warning lights turned on and then turned back off later the same day (they had taken the engine out in the repair process)- I didn't think much of this until another 2 weeks later when the same thing happened again, but this time I lost engine power. I took it back- again on a Friday- & they said there was a bad connection & "fixed" it. Here I am the next day and it has happened again. I am now without a vehicle for the weekend. Maybe they knew there was a bigger problem & didn't want to pay for a rental- either way, I will be asking my insurance company to cover a different facility to resolve the issue, and NEVER again will I patronize Don Brown- not even if you paid me to.
I have been every where trying to find a dealer to finance me on the truck I wanted to buy and I fell for the "Slap yo Momma" guy on the radio and it was a joke. Its not really a bank like the ad says and its a used car lot with old and high mileage cars. I was going to say hell with it and just buy a $3500 truck and make payments to my brother, he was online and found something about credit repair I filled out the online credit application at stlrebuild and within like a half hour I got approved. Barrett Henry is the person who does the credit at Don Brown. He is truthfully the best guy I have ever met just dealing with day to day transactions. I don't normally do much commenting online about buying stuff I felt this guy deserves some glory. I had some jacked up credit and he made it happen with 1000 bucks down. The only other deal that someone had offered me was for a 10 year old truck putting 2500 down and then I would have had to pay another 5000 grand NO WAY if you want a good deal and save yourself all the trouble of getting jerked around call Barrett Henry and be upfront with him worked for me.
DONT GO!!! SAVE YOUR SELF ALOT OF TROUBLE. There are to many places to buy a car without being ripped off. DonBrown is a very low class dealership and they treated us very bad is all i can say..
beware
Buyer beware! I bought a used car from Don Brown and was 'taken in' by the dealership. The car had been in a minor accident with the previous owner, and I could see a tiny bit of body damage, but I wasn't concerned about the cosmetic look of the car so I bought it. I do not know a great deal about cars and didn't think to look under the hood. Turns out, the bolt for the front left headlight was cracked, so the headlight itself was loose. This is something that didn't become apparent until I'd owned the car for a year and a half. The dealership won't pay to get it fixed because they say it's no longer under warranty. My question is...why would they sell a car with this kind of problem in the first place? If you want to buy a used Chevy, I'd definitely find some other dealership. These people are not to be trusted (at least in my case).
If you like to sit in a cubicle for 3, 4, 5, hours or more while your salesman keeps going back and forth to the finance managers office everytime you don't agree with terms of the deal then this is the place to go. If you like to walk through 4 or 5 salesmen standing in the front of the dealership smoking cigarettes to get to the reception desk then this is the place to go. If you like to deal with multiple sales people because you can't get the deal your looking for from the first salesman then this is the place to go.
If you like to be called at home 3 or 4 days after you've completed your transaction, put cash money down, signed all paperwork and contracts, taken possession of your new vehicle and then get told that the payoff your trade-in car was miscalculated and we need a check from you for an additional 350 dollars, then this is the place to go.
