Dermatological Care

We made an appt, received the appt card with the time and date and we we showed up there, we weren't in the computer. I have witness this happen 2 other times while sitting in the office. Very frustrating when it was planned on my day off. They charge $25 for "no show" to appointments, what about when they don't enter the info into the computer? Shouldn't we get $25 credit for their mistake? The dr's are good, but might need to get office staff doing a better job.
