The staff, starting with Kevin at front desk; and "Tay" (7/22 - 7/27/16) and everyone else from housekeeping, bellhop, and dining offered exceptional, "5" STAR customer service.
My son, having been critically injured as a victim of a senseless crime on 7/22, and me traveling 4 hours from Branson to be with him in this time of urgent need, commend Clayton Plaza Hotel's "entire" staff, although not knowing me and my son's predicament, rendered such an unforgettable service to us that their dignified, kind, caring and seemingly effortless service and attention should not be forgotten!
I cannot say "Thank You" enough to each one of them! I hope they continue to be conscientious of the good that they do so as to never become complacent or lose what they have because I surely WILL be recommending them.
