        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

        VERY AGGRAVATED! Will NEVER go to Crown Vision Center again! Had an appointment yesterday at 6 and at 6:30 they tell me they are running behind and will need to reschedule. When I explained that it was the last day for that insurance and using the new insurance would require I meet a deductible, they said "sorry". SERIOUSLY? When there is a sign on the door that says "Walk-Ins Welcome" and they close at 7, and I am the only one in the waiting room, that is HORRIBLE customer service! Beyond angry...CAN YOU TELL?
