DON'T GO HERE. The customer service associates are SO incredibly rude! The man argued with me, interrupted me, and couldn't explain to me why the coupon would not work for my particular case. The associate yelled at me, refused to return MY PROPERTY. He then insulted my fiance, and insisted that we PAY him before we can get OUR PROPERTY back. This is absolutely unacceptable and NO business should operate in this manor.

I've been to some bad cleaners, but this one without a doubt takes the cake. Claychester Cleaners seems to think it's acceptable to operate a third world extortion scheme out of a storefront in Kirkwood, MO. They took our custom-made designer drapes worth hundreds of dollars, and when we returned to collect them, the representative at the counter refused to even show them to us until we paid $84 (which was higher than the advertised price). After ten minutes of arguing and my demands to see MY OWN PROPERTY, it was finally produced. The drapes were in exactly the same condition they were in when dropped off, and I have doubts that they ever made it off of the hanger. Because I refused to pay for services that were not conducted and allow myself to be a victim of extortion, we still do not have our property back. This will likely end in legal action.

this owner is by far the RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person i have experienced in my life!!!! The cleaners ruined an time of mine, and refused to take responsibility. Constantly threw accusations at me and interrupted me when i tried to explain the situation. Like the other review, i am looking into taking further action. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO CLAYCHESTER CLEANERS!!!!!!!!!

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners, or business! The employee was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and REFUSED to help me. Refused to let me see my garment without paying. And refused to give me my ticket once it was determined that I would need to see the manager the following day. The manager was nice at first meeting, later on by phone- COMPLETELY incapable of holding up the promises she made in person. COMPLETELY unprofessional, and REFUSED to help me, clean the garment a FOURTH time, and refused to have the owner contact me. I Will be seeking LEGAL action, and have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
