VERY Dissapointed

I went in and got a 10 piece meal. Got home and was short two pieces. Called and they said well come back by and we will give you 2 pieces?????????????????? Well its an insult to ask a paying customer to return JUST TO GET WHAT HE PAID FOR. No coupons etc... Incentive to come back.. Well in neighbor hood and told whom ever on duty.. that they shorted me 2 pieces on... read more my last order. He said fine I will give you 2 pieces. He preceeded to grab 2 pieces of regular and I politely said No it was spicy and it was two wings. He handed me the chicken and I said YOU know Im in the retail business myself. Have been in restaurant buisness for over 25 years. Its insulting for me to have to return to get what I paid for? No xtra this, or how about a meal on us... GUESS WHAT. Im home and I got a leg and a thight. So much for two wings. I hate Dark meat. Needles to say you all lost a good customer. And I will tell all at work who work close to this store about the shooty service.. And recommend they do not go there
