Good food for a good price

So, what do you expect from a small 2 person operation nestled in a strip center? I expect good food at a resonable price.</br>

The front person was kept hopping - taking orders (carryout & in store), serving, taking payment, and busing tables. So maybe you won't be immediately helped, but they will get to you. (Ask yourself, could you have done better? I couldn't have.)</br>

The cook is in back busily making the dishes. Your order gets served hot.</br>

The food was good and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh. Nothing was oily.

Sure you could pay more for a fancier meal. But that was not what you were looking for was it?
