A-1 Towing

Horrible customer service. Called them to sell my car and they gave me a quote. Got a 9-10a time slot to have the car picked up and 1015a rolls around and nothing. Called the company and was told by a woman that the guy picking up the car was "out there" and that she would call to make sure he wasn't lost and would call us back. 30 minutes later and no call back. Tried calling them back several times with no answer and conveniently no voice mail is set up. After 30 minutes of trying to get a hold of apparently no one, got a call from the guy that's "out there" giving us a different price than we were quoted because "prices change from day to day". Would have been nice to know that when we originally called to set this up. After being rudely treated when asking questions about the car, we were hung up on because we refused the price we were quoted from the get go. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
