Bought a car on 6-10, got my emissions 10 days later and tried to register only to realize we had no title. When calling to find out where my title was they told me to call back when my salesman was working bc I guess he is the only one who can look info up. With working full time being in third trimester with a toddler at home finally called back on 6-27 and still no title. Lady stated that it went in mail that day as certified so should be there in couple days at most. Which meant I had to get to post office during open hours to pick up, I received the title and loan paperwork a few days later, leaving me with a week to register, only to go in license office again to find out the promised safety inspection wasnt with paperwork, had they not said it would come with a safety I could have had it done with emissions, when calling again they said if it wasnt sent it must have expired. The easy thing for them would have been to do a safety inspection before9re sending paperwork. Instead telling me to bring it up the next day...40 min away! We brought to our local place, they stated they will refund but its literally the last day. Im full time worker and this caused so much headache/stress/late for work that im downright angry.

I have always been hesitant to purchase from used car dealers as I have always went to the branded Chevrolet dealers to ensure I was getting a good reliable vehicle at a good price. I noticed all their positive feedback and thought I would try them. We had received better service from them than I have ever gotten from any car dealer ever. There was never any hidden strings or fine print!! Everything they say and offer they followed through with on our purchase. I was pleased with the price as It was low enough I didn't even have to negotiate or argue the price down. It was very reasonable price. Our truck we purchased had been the one we wanted but we were worried about the trade-in value our trade in vehicle. They gave us more than we expected and again It was more than fair!. There was never any stress or harassing comments to get us to buy anything. Any questions we had were answered without any hesitation or bs. They will be our first and last stop when we buy our next vehicle! We felt like the service was very personable to our needs and would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat! We asked our salesperson Jason Gunter a bunch of questions about the vehicle and he took extra steps for us and video the exterior and interior of the car and it was just perfect. He made the process so simple and easy. Everything was done via phone and internet. When we arrived at the dealership, we were so impressed with the beauty of the dealership that we felt as though we were in an exclusive hotel. They even had our vehicle in it's own display room waiting for us and everything was describe just as Jason said.
