My furnace went out right as I was leaving work at 6 o'clock last night. I called Jt Dunn and he said all his workers were tied up and he wasn't sure he could get anyone out to myself. He then told me, the heck with it, he would come do it himself. He ended up charging me a lower price than we initially had discussed and he was super nice and very well mannered. I will definitely call Jt Dunn for help if I need any. Don't see how anyone could have anything bad to say about this company.

Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!
