They changed the name but the service and food is the same.. Disgraceful! The food is tasted like everything was thrown into a bowl a d microwaved it or just serve it raw. if you complain about your food you are basically told to shove it and pay up.. even worse threatened yelling for money. I don't know how this place stays open.. I wouldn't be surprised if there is more complaints turned in about this place then any restaurant in town and yet they have not been shut down. There is alot of folks that have not taken the time to write their complaints but I wanted to because it's awful and I hated having to give it star to write this review. My rating -5 and I would love to see that place shut down. Clean it up and replace it with the buffet that's in the mall.. they rock!
My brother ordered from here tonight. One of the things he ordered was Egg Drop Soup. He had the whole order delivered and tipped the guy "Aaron" $20. When he looked at the egg drop soup it was a green/blue color. When he called them to ask why it was that color the man on the phone just said "whatever!". So we drove back out there to show him. He was verbally aggressive, had a taser in hand and kept saying "f*** you" to my brother. So, I went to a friends house, placed an order, had it delivered and what do we find? Well....the egg drop soup was the correct color.....but it was not cooked at all! It was nothing but egg snot. So I will be calling the health department monday!
I tried Twin Dragon in December and thought it was horrible. I said I would never go back, however, I went back during lunch with one of my coworkers. The food was much improved from my prior visit. There is not a lot of selection, but the food was fresh and I really enjoyed the crab rangoon (which I'm pretty picky about). The decor could definitely use some improvement, and they could use a good dusting. I have decided I will give them another chance. Keep in mind that when you are done eating, you go up front to pay. Don't wait on a ticket because they don't bring one. I did not know this on my first visit and waited and waited thinking the service was horrible, but now that I know that, some of my opinions have changed.

I live out of town, but travel with wife every 2 wks to St. Jo for shopping and dining. I have lived a lot of places and gone to many Chinese buffets.
The food selection is poor, with many obvious frozen warmed over dishes. The Veg was old, what was there was greasy with little seafood.
When I told owner they just shrugged and walked away,
(after I paid, of course) It also was NOT clean.
