I had an unpleasant encounter with the woman at the receptionist desk. I called and asked how much a check up would cost and let her know I'd be stopping by. She seemed nice enough but when I came to the office she asked what I wanted before even greeting me. I told her I was the one who called about the cost of a check up and she looked at me like a was an idiot and said in a very annoyed tone of voice "You need an appointment to see the doctor. And we don't have any openings until next Wednesday." I did not feel welcome at the facility and will not be returning. I hope their standard of customer service is NOT like this with everyone that comes in. I'm sure the doctors are competent but the woman at the front desk is representing the establishment very poorly.
