I love this area as I grew up in Scappoose and graduated from Scappoose High School. I've lived in St. Helens for the past 30 years and raised my son here, where he graduated from St. Helens High School with the class of 2010. I truly enjoy the small town atmosphere of this area. High School sports, in both Scappoose and St. Helens, are a huge joy to me. I remember when you had to wait hours in line to watch a game between the two. I support many of the area's school functions and sports programs. I have previously been a Cheerleading Coach for both Scappoose and St. Helens for many years. I have one son, Christopher Semling. He now lives and works in Denver, Colorado. Many customers are very fond of our office mascot, Cooper! I love to lift weights and walk. My passion though is cooking! And the most important thing to me in my life is my son, Christopher, and my family. I became an Allstate Agent approximately 12 years ago when my cousin and business partner, Ryan Broberg purchased the agency. Ryan, Caron, Glenna and I have built the agency with the goal of being the premier local agency in our area. I believe we have the most talented staff who truly care and go out of their way to help customers and people within our community. Caron has been a part of this agency for over 25 years and Glenna has been with us for the past 8 years. We are now fortunate to have Tiffany among our staff over-seeing our marketing. I personally specialize in Life Insurance and Retirement. I have been a Property Casualty Agent for over 20 years and now my focus is mainly on life and retirement insurance. I have had the unfortunate task to meet with customers after the death of a loved one, but I cannot begin to tell you how much it means when we are able to help a family stay in their home as they had life insurance; for that is all too often an added sudden loss during this time.
