Everyone at Premier Car & Truck in St. George, Utah has been amazing. They have help me get a vehicle that I can really rely on. Not only have they been able to help me when I've had mechanical issues, they have stood behind their comment, in making sure I was well taken care of. They have gone the extra mile, literally to help me when I have needed it. I really appreciate the relationship that they have continued to build with me, since the first time I came into their business 4 months ago... I would recommend my salesman Darren, and if you need financing or warranty, Drew has help me get the best financing and coverage I believe possible for what I wanted. Of course I can't say enough about the friendly service I have received from Paul, and all the help from their mechanic Brian at Premier Auto Repair.
My husband and I first stopped into Premier the last part of June. We were looking for a truck or car so we could stop sharing my in-laws vehicle. We have two boys and really just wanted our own car or truck. We met, showed our Chevrolet Impala. We knew we needed to pay a deposit but we didn't know how much. After talking with them we found we would need $750.00. We didn't have the whole deposit amount but we were able to pay them 300 dollars going towards the amount of the deposit. They put our car on lay away and we started to pay off our deposit amount. We have never been treated like we were valued customers. We have been giving out their business cards to everyone we know. We wish we could give then more than five stars. We will definitely be going back to them.
David & son Walter have built a friendly and very knowledgeable team that has helped a picky customer like me keep two challenging vehicles on the road. I brought my 136,000 mile Saturn to Premier almost ten years ago, after a failed NOS experiment that ruined my engine (Don't try it at home kids). They installed a used engine in my car and maintained it for another 121,000 miles before I traded it above blue book value. These days they keep my 143,000 mile, hard-driven retired police vehicle running strong, even with all the electrical troubles Fords are known for.
