Overall

The help is friendly and generally considerate when you manage to get on the shuttle.

However they overbook and left me stranded in Springville Utah.

No consideration for the trouble that it caused me.

I booked the ride at the desk in their office in St. George so there are no excuses for online errors.

Yes, I did get a ride on the next shuttle 6 hours later.

Next time I'll think twice before even thinking about using their service.

Terrible Costumer Service!!! ‎‎

I used there service for delivery of a package from St. George to Provo. They told me to be at the drop off point at 7:10 pm (Which is the time also published on there website) My wife went to the pick up point at 6:50 to be sure she did not miss them and waited and waited and no shuttle. At 7:30 I called them and the guy I talked to informed me he got there early and left at 6:45. No apology given, real smug and almost rude. We are 30 min. away from the drop off point and after waiting almost an hour there was a waste of about 2 hours. He said he would send it on the next shuttle the following day and if I was there at 6:45 pm I would be safe. I was there at 6:40 and at 7:30 I called and he said the driver would be there any min. at 7:50 I called again and he said, ""the driver left at 6:55"" I informed him that I was here from 6:45-7:50 he said I wasn't. I informed him that it was frustrating to me that I had now wasted a total of 4 hours and ...‎ More »

I informed him that it was frustrating to me that I had now wasted a total of 4 hours and he told me he was going to charge me another delivery fee since they sent it up twice. I asked him what he would do if he was the customer in my situation and he told me he would be there at the correct time. I then asked him what the correct time was. . .the one posted on the website, the one I am told when I call to find out what time I should be there or the one the seems to magically change each day. At this point I am frustrated to no end and one of the reasons I am most frustrated is because he is so smug and unapologetic. They have no sense of customer service and do not run a good customer based business.

St. George shuttle

We were on the shuttle on Sept. 2nd 2009. The driver lost the keys and we had to wait two hours for a person to come and make a key. It weas 99 degrees and we were told to wait in the heat, because the driver wanted to be able to leave as soon as the key was made. There were 10 passengers and all but two were senior citzens. They did not appoligise or anything. In fact when we got to st. George we were acuused of not seeing who took the keys. No one saw any one near the drivers seat so we could not have seen if anyone took the keys, he told us he lost them and we searched the van completley and unloaded the trailer to make sure he had not lost them while loading. I called the next day and was told it was our fault he lost the keys and were not even going to appoligise.

payment method

The St. George Shuttle does NOT require pre-payment. I call them to reserve my seat and pay when I board the shuttle. If my plans change, I just call them and they remove my name from the list. I am not out a penny. I have been riding the St. George Shuttle for 7 years, now, and I just love their service.

Buyer Beware!!!

The shuttle may get you there, but don't change your plans! I booked the shuttle and then our plans changed. I called within hours and was told that there were no refunds and that I should have been told that at the time I gave my credit card (I was NOT told at the time of booking). I was then given the runaround for weeks and promised a check that never came. When I called back yet again, I was told that I was lucky that they had even agreed to a refund and that they would once again inquire about the check. I am not holding my breath! I have booked travel for work and personal use for years and have not been treated so rudely in all of my experience. I never took the shuttle, but know some people that did - it may get you there, but my advice is Buyer Beware!!! They charge you both directions to your credit card upon booking and you cannot get it back.
