Honest 1 Auto Care

I had "Honest 1" replace my water pump. Wtithin 6 months the pump began to leak at the shaft seal. The pump had a "lifetime" warranty so I took the car back to them. They emphasized the warranty did not include labor. I was very unhappy they did not stand behind their work better than that but concluded the repair would not include a new pump under the "warranty". They exaggerated the labor time required and charged me as much, or more than it would have cost with no warranty on the pump at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO HONEST 1 FOR SERVICE AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

My '97 Toyota needed to get its transmission flush done, so I took my Vehicle to Honest 1 at Bluff. The manager was very helpful with explaining step by step on what my car needed done. Also, while they were checking my car, they were able to find out that my brakes needed repair. My brakes no longer squeak and they feel a million times better. My car is running good! Service was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this shop.

Was recommended by a friend while in town when I had transmission problems. Went to alternate shop before Honest-1. They told me I needed a transmission. My car would not go over 20 mph and had check engine light on. Honest -1 found I was low on oil in my transmission. They filled and tested and it worked great. Recommend transmission service so we did. Car stills runs great. Thank you to the guys and gals there! The bald guy was very nice!

Beware. They did $1500 tranny work. Less than a year later took it to my friends garage said the bolts were still rusted on, never had it removed. They basically ripped us off, and right before Christmas. Also, didn't give us the AAA discount stated on website and charged us shipping for a part they didn't have.
