- Our grandparents, Norbert and Mercedes (Sadie) Voigt, started Voigt's Bus Service in 1947 with the intention of providing the best customer service for their passengers. Grandpa always said that good equipment is your best form of advertising. Keep a good driver behind the wheel and make sure it is cleaned to perfection before every trip and that will keep people coming back. We have not changed that line of thinking since. For over 64 years and three generations, we have been providing the best in transportation to our valued customers. Our company has grown since 1947 and we now employ some of the best people in the industry to help us continue the tradition of customer satisfaction. We have ASE and DOT Certified Diesel Technicians, over 64 years of "Bus Transportation" experience in our sales department, and professional drivers who receive ongoing training as well as safety incentives for good performance. In 2007, we awarded 34 safe driver awards!! We are proud of our employees, and will continue to employ the right staff to make sure we can confidently fulfill your transportation needs. We can handle group tours, a large convention or a small group going from a school to a movie theater. No service is too big or too small. General information: If you are responsible for securing transportation for a group, do not be afraid to ask as many questions as possible to insure you are getting exactly what your group needs to be transported safely and efficiently. Some of our groups are organized by a person who does not do this every day and the task can be daunting. We are there to assist you through the process from the initial phone call until the door closes after the last passenger steps off. Should you need help with routings, parking, loading locations, shuttle times or anything else, we are there for you. We can send someone right to your office to help ease the burden of planning a large group move. We enjoy being part of the planning so in the end, you look good.

The driver Andrea is so nice and friendly. She always greeted us and everyone else with big smile. Positive attitude and to the point emergency instructions. Very professional. She certainly set the gold standard for a bus driver.

Our company planned an all employee party just 7 weeks out on super bowl Friday. Getting transportation for 1,500 people was going to be challenging! I contacted Voigt's Bus Services and they made it happen. Working with company was nothing but great reviews from all our employees. The bus drivers were awesome even with little to no knowledge of the upcoming day. Connie our service rep was on site making sure everyone got on the correct bus and making things run smoothly. We recently used Voigts Bus Service for my husband's 30th birthday party. We took the transit bus and it was perfect. From start to finish, Cortney was amazing to work with. She made the process so easy and was very accommodating! The bus was large and spacious and perfect for us to go bar hopping! I will defiantly be using Voigts again!!!
My husband and I had an exceptional experience with Voigt's Bus and Coach Company on our recent wedding in the St. Cloud area. From our initial inquire to the final details, Voigt's staff exceeded our expectations. Courtney was professional and helpful with organizing our timeline and working with other vendors. Our bus driver, Sharon was the best and we would use her again and again! We had the mini coach with horseshoe seating, which worked perfect for our big wedding party. There was plenty of room to stand and/or sit comfortably. If we ever need transportation for an event, we would be happy to hire Voigt's again! Highly recommended!
Maxi, although we appreciate your feedback, here is the rest of the information that people need to know. After the delay, I had a conversation with Maxi. We agreed that the issue with the defrost was a safety concern and that it was dealt with properly, it was also an unforeseen event that could not have been prevented. We also agreed that the information about an issue from the year before was not our company. In the end, Maxi said the trip went well and the issue at the beginning was not earth shattering.
