        I read Therese R. review, I live and work at a glass shop in Tennessee and it is not uncommon for insulated glass to fog inbetween the layers. It is the manufactures that needs to replace, nothing to do with who installed it, but .....most manufacturer only give a 12 month warrenty.

        We had our front stationary picture window replaced by Osceola Glass & Mirror Aug of 2012, the cost was $340.00. This year 2014 the glass became discolored in between the glass which is insolated , there must have been a problem with the seal,,,,, when we spoke to the company they told us the warranty is only for a year.... SO BEWARE!!!!! After speaking with other people in the neighborhood I found others with the same problem.....T. Richards
