Had these guys install a new well pump and aeration system a couple of years ago, and I have never been sorry I did. Just this morning I had extremely low water pressure, and called at 7:00 AM. They came right out and turned what could have been a really bad day into a minor inconvenience. These are my guys whenever I need to have my system worked on.

Called on a Sunday with no water, pump not working. I left a message and within an hour was called back. He took the time to try to help me thru a quick fix, but when I couldnt do it myself, he was here within 30 min, quick fixed it and will be back to replace the part. AWESOME!

Called on a Saturday do to the problem with my well. Tim returned my call promptly and was very professional. When he arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call which amazed me because most people would make you wait the entire day. Tim troubleshooted my problem and within a few hours repaired my damaged well.

Tim and Company are great! This has got to be one of the best companies I've ever dealt with in the last 10 years. Very knowledgeable, very attentive, very thorough and very honest. Our well was hit by lightning in St. Cloud on a Saturday, and we called the company. They were willing to walk me through a few things that I could do after I spent the day trying to fix myself. They helped me determine if they even needed to come out for a service call. As it turned out, they did, and they came out on a Sunday, in the middle of some bad storms to get us up and running again. We found out a few days later that our well had been damaged and it was pumping sand into our water supply. To make a long story short, we needed a new well. We had the option of tapping onto the City water supply, but that would have cost around $1,000 out of pocket. If it weren't for Tim, our homeowners insurance would have never paid for a new well. He was able to explain things to the adjuster and us so we could understand exactly what had happened. I can't say enough good things about Tim. He goes out of his way to help people even on Sundays and Holidays and doesn't charge any more than a normal service call. He understands how important water is to people and expresses that in his service. Great service, great pricing, great person and company... I highly recommend to anyone.

I live in Atlanta, GA. My grandmother was recently hospitalized in Kissimmee, FL. One thing after another kept going wrong not only with her health but with her house. The tenant in my grandmother's house calls me to let me know the water had been shut off at the house. I let her know it wasn't possible for it to be shut off as the house uses a well. I was at a loss and unsure of who to call. I started searching yp.com for well repair. I started going through the list and calling around to get some estimates and ask some questions. To be honest I wasn't quite sure what to ask so I started with something generic such as "how much do you charge to repair if it's a busted pipe". I called four companies before anyone answered the phone. The guy wanted to charge me $150 just to drive from Orlando to Kissimmee just to take a look! Needless to say I kept calling. Four more numbers and finally someone answers their phone. Tim from Atlantic Well Drilling is definitely a godsend. He went to the house at no charge to determine what the issue was. Upon determining the well had possibly collapsed, he went to all of the nearby neighbors and asked if we could hook a hose up to their house to provide enough running water to our house so the tenant could at least flush the toilet. I was completely distraught because the estimate to drill a new well and abandon the existing one was between $3500 and $4000. I was literally broke due to paying all of my grandmothers household bills and had cleaned out my savings. Tim explained that due to the many lightning strikes in the area recently, it's quite possible the well either took a power surge or was hit by lightning. He took his time and explained to me exactly how the components work, how the well is built, and the indications he had that the well had collapsed. He encouraged me to call the home insurance company and file a claim. Insurance covered it! Not being a homeowner myself, I never would have even thought to call the insurance company. Unfortunately my grandmother's deductible is $2500 and for someone that is broke, might as well be $1 million. Tim did something he absolutely didn't have to do but I thank him so much for helping me. He had his crew begin the new well with zero money in hand to start. He completed the well and I met him at my grandmother's house to write him the check for all that I had which was only the insurance money less the deductible. He is working withy me in paying him the deductible. As I stated before, Tim is a godsend. Thank you for all of your hard work, quick and friendly service, and going above and beyond the call of duty. You are truly a blessing.

I am so thankful to this company for fixing my well problem! My husband and I are first time home buyers and have had many new learning experiences along the way. They not only fixed they helped us learn about our well and treatment system.
