Ordered a wicked ridge x bow ( not in stock) and was told 2 or 3 days til delivery. A week later no one has called and it's now 1 day before bow season. I called to check on status and they said they would check and call me back. When I finally heard back from them they said the bow had been shipped to the cochocton store and that he had made the 4 hour drive to pick it up and bring it back. He said it would be ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately I couldn't make the trip that eve. Although I'm not 100% satisfied how things went, I applaud the effort they made to get my bow when they found the mistake. I buy 95% of my sporting goods from them and they have always been very accomadating.
