This review is for the customer service I received. <br>The rep was very helpful. Since the broken tool I had received during the holidays was not purchased by me and I had no receipt I was expecting problems.<br> He just ordered the part I needed ( at my request ), no hassle. <br>The reason I did not lower the rating to 3 or 4 is because the box was not damaged what so ever so I believe the part was broken prior to it being packaged. I'm guessing Craftsman is at fault.
