St Clair Shores Apartments

I had an apartment on the first floor right opver the laundry room in the basement - the washer and dryer were under my bedroom floor. People would do their laundry after the laundry room hours and I would have to listen to the machines going. Plus the laundry sink did not drain into the sewer under the basement floor. I nstead the laundry sink had a pump to drain it into a pipe that ran across the ceiling and went into a n ajacent basement where it was connected to the sewer. This pump would run and run even though there was no water to pump unless the washing machine was operating. We went several months with no dryer when the only one in our basement quit drying. The people in the apartment across the hall from me had to endure the sump pump, in the basement beneath their apartment, running continuously even when no water was in the sump to be pumped out. The people above me were disrespectful because they stomped around and would drop thins on the floor a lot. To top it all off, I still have not recieved my security deposit back even though I left my apartment in very good condition. The manager will not return my calls anymore and I have no street address for the management company, just a post office box. The state AG requires a street address in order to pursue my refund.

The manager does not live on the premisis.
