Bernadette at Livonia location (power-abusing med assistant) treated me with the most disrespectful, unprofessional and rude attitude and words - I've never been treated with such little dignity or respect by ANYONE in the med field in my life.

I've been told I may have cancer; that was two months ago. In the meantime, I've twice been put on antibiotics (to no avail), had two ultrasounds (which showed a mass), had a CT scan to rule out infection, and most recently was told I would need a biopsy to determine once and for all if it is in fact cancer. I was sent on my way and told I would be contacted for scheduling and other details.



That was over two weeks ago. I called last week and was told I would receive the aforementioned call the next day; that never happened. I called today to see what was up, and I found that the date had already been scheduled (I didn't have an option), and it really got me wondering if I would have been notified at all had I not taken the initiative myself and called.



Better yet, after waiting literally months now for any kind of official word on what's wrong with me, the biopsy isn't for another three weeks.
