Liberty Moving & Storage

My move was done timely and with professionalism. They new what they were doing. My furniture arrived to my new destination intact. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to hire professionals to move them.

Outstanding job with both times I hired Liberty Moving & Storage. They got the job done with no hassles and no items damaged. I used them in 2015 for a small move... and again in 2016 for a medium sized job. Good work at a fair rate and highly recommended.

First of all the movers stated they would be done sooner than estimated to save me money so I can give them a bigger tip. Second, they told me to leave the fitted sheet on my mattress w/ mattress pad, because they wrapped them. They didn't and a large oil stain got on my sheet and mattress pad. They dropped the washing machine down the stairs to the basement, came up stairs and told me they connected it and it was working. I went down stairs and it was plugged into the wall no water hoses, they were left at the other house (with water drained on the floor). One of my dressers was pretty much totaled. I was not told of specific payment method and wrote a check, I should have checked this site first. I will never recommend them.

TERRIBLE is a major understatement to describe Liberty Moving and Storage! Professional movers my but! Showed up 2 hours late in rented UHaul trucks with only 3 guys instead of the four we were promised. They were supposed to pack but didn't. Wouldn't work past 6:30 even though they didn't show up untill after 2. Just threw our stuff randomly onto the trucks and into our storage. The owner goes by 2 different names and is the biggest con artist I've ever seen. Wouldn't use them again if my life depended on it!

The men at Liberty did an outstanding job and i will used them again. They were fairly fast and didn't damage my furniture. We called them Thursday and they came out on time Friday. I was very impressed with the estimate because it was accurate. thanks again guys!

Liberty Moving did a outstanding job moving me and my family. I was very impressed in how fast the guys worked and how courteous they were. I will recommend anyone I know to use this company. Keep up the good work!!!!

I hired Liberty Moving and Storage despite the negative comment i read and not to my surprise the 3 men that came out to move me did a excellent job. They were on time friendly and didn't damage or scratch any of the furniture. Halfway through the move the owner came out to check on the progress of the move, i was very impressed. I have told coworkers, friends and family who have used them and were also satisfied. Liberty moving is a great company

The guys made a stressful day a lot easy!! We had an unexpected move which we called Liberty moving and needed to move the same day,the guys were out there within a hour!! i couldn't believe it. They were courteous and with the hot weather the guys worked hard and took only 1 break( I took 6hrs to move us) I would recommend this company to move anyone. Thanks guys you were awesome!!!

The owner of this company, Damian Cooper, is not running an upstanding business. His two workers arrived timely, but were ill-equipped to handle my move. Although Mr. Cooper had personally visited my home and surveyed my belongings, he sent two workers with a smaller than agreed upon moving truck. They had to move my things in and out of the truck several times to get them all to fit in the truck; the move took twice as long as had been quoted; and I had extensive damage to multiple items and property. Mr. Cooper promised to pay me for the repairs, but never did. He didn't show up in court for the hearing (yes, I filed a small claims case), a judgment was entered against him, and he seems to have disappeared. There is no record of this business even being legitimately licensed. I'd steer clear of this company, and any others recommended any employees at the St. Clair Shores U-Haul store. In my opinion, this is a bait and switch scam.

I was really inpressed by this company..The movers were very professional and courteous they were quick and didn't damage anything!

This moving company is awesome! The crew arrived on time they were very respectfully and careful with my furniture, the quote is was given was pretty on point so I had no surprises when it came to pay the guys. also the rates were very reasonable so I didn't have to break the bank! I will recommend these guys to everybody I know.
