Amazing food & amazing service. The food there is delicious with a very warm atmosphere. I have to say I am very happy I decided to stop at Frank's.

The owner is the Chef and does a great job. Owner and waitresses are smiling and appear to be in genuinely good moods. Food is served on plates unless requested differently. Service is prompt with total count of tables small. However I've not had to wait for seating as of yet. This gives the restaurant the setting of an atmosphere of intimacy rather than a small eating area. Kenny

Frank's is terrific. The food is wonderful the atmosphere is great. Its a small diner with excellent food. I wish Frank would stay open later for dinner. The waitress's get to know the customers and treat every one great. I like the styrofoam containers because they keep my food warm.

Everything is served in Styrofoam carryout containers when you dine in! How much worse for the environment could you get.

Food is overpriced and portions are tiny. Could have gotten a better burger at McDonalds for cheaper. An order of fries ..with a 6 dollar sandwich is $1.89!! and the order is tiny. It's to bad because we need a nice new restaurant in SCS.

Parking lot is not big enough for the few customers the restauant can hold. I read other reviews that this place is a "carry out" only restaurant..that is not the case..there are 6 tables in there..all with people eating there. There was one carry out while we were there.
