If you're interested in knowing more about our brewing process at Trailhead, why not take a tour of our brewery? One of our brewers is usually on hand 7 days a week to give tours - check with the manager on duty. We can accommodate groups of up to 20 people. Located in historic St. Charles, Trailhead Brewing Co. has been open since 1995. We are a trailhead in every sense of the word. Nestled in the richly histo ric district of Old St. Charles, the site Trailhead occupies served as the starting point for the Lewis and Clark exploration of the Louisiana Purchase. It later served as a trailhead to fur traders, settlers and even frontiersman Daniel Boone. To hikers and bikers, Trailhead marks one of the eastern Missouri entrances to the Katy Trail. From the moment you walk through our doors, the lively atmosphere and interior architecture of Trailhead take over.
