I was well informed about the procedures. Comfortable atmosphere. Feeling much better after only three visits. I would recommend this office.

Dr Holland was excellent at realigning my hips and releasing back pain built up after my accident .

First Capital Chiropractic has been a great experience. After just a few visits I am starting to get relief in my back, hands and wrist. A safe a sure alternative to coritisone shots and or surgery.

This office is amazing very friendly, doctors are knowledgeable and they are there for you . They really do care about your health. My family has been going to this office for the last 5 years, my brother in law had a damaged back and Dr. Mark Holland made a huge difference in his recovery. My Husband back got muscle spasm and his treatment was a huge success. I don't know who Dan S is but I don't agree with him.

DO NOT GO !! Scam Artist. My insurance Company even said they were well aware of this place. I came in for back pain and they asked if I have ever been in a car accident. They kept pushing me to do this as a car accident law suit. The accident was so many months before this and the insurance didn't want to pay so I ended up walking away with nothing other than to pay back my bills and made them thousands. They charged me ever time that gave me a paper with an exercise to do at home. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SEING THEM. He makes a living on car accident claims. Find a doctor who is interested in helping you not him. !!!!

I have never been to the chiropractor before and was hesitant to go. A friend referred me to them, I couldn't feel any better about going to them. They take the time to discuss any concern and make sure I understand any and everything. Plus the cost is very reasonable and are willing to help out anyway they can.

Awesome place. My neck and back were killing me until I started coming here. I was at times barely able to get around and now I'm doing alot better.

I have so enjoyed going to First Capitol Chiropractic. I am very impressed by the way their staff explains situations, injuries, and problems to patients and the way they tackle therapy from all angles--alignment, therapy, massage, etc. I feel like I am truly getting the best care!

I had found this chiropractor for my boyfriend because he was having back pain. I went with him to his first visit (on a Saturday) and they were so welcoming! They even asked me if I wanted to relax and be on the water massage bed while he was taken care of! I started going to their office since my hip and shoulder started to bother me again. They are just so friendly and affordable! ������������

I am very impressed with the service I am receiving. Along with the therapy that is given in the office, I am given directives on how to carry it over into my everyday routine. I don't feel as though I'm just getting a quick fix; there is real genuine concern from the staff.

Dr. Holland is as nice and as knowledgable as it gets! very professional yet makes you feel at home. Even has a pet dog as the office dog, AND free water massages. Very flexible and affordable....he cares more about the patient than the $$. Great results as well, would recommend to anyone!
