Concetta's Italian Restaurant

Concetta's is one of our favorite places. The service is exceptional and the portions are quite generous. Their house dressing is fabulous - it is a must try. They also cut and make their own cheese sticks. If you love cheese sticks, these are the best I have ever eaten. I also like the linguine with clams and my son loves the toasted ravs and chicken fingers. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant! By the way, you can also get breaded, fried artichoke hearts. YUM!

This is one of my favorite St. Charles restaurants. I have never left hungry, and usually take home leftovers from a dinner entree to enjoy the next day at lunch. The service at Concetta's is great because it is prompt and if you ask questions, you get descriptive answers if trying something new. My favorite pick, any chicken dish or Baked mostaccioli. Salad with House dressing, the best.

I recently dinned at Concetta's and had an overall great experience. I went there to have dinner with a couple of friends and the atmosphere was great for catching up. We had breaded zucchini as an appetizer and their dinner salads with house dressing (creamy Italian). The dressing on the salad was so good, we asked and were actually able to buy a small container of it to take home! For my main entree I ordered the Beef Arcobasso, a filet topped with mushrooms and provel cheese served in a white wine lemon butter sauce. It was delicious, I couldn't believe I actually ate all of it along with my side of asparagus. The service there was also great, very friendly and helpful. I defiantly recommend this restaurant and will continue to dine there frequently.

Food not that great... small portions for the money. Management very rude when I voiced how dissatisified I was with my meal.

Ordered a half order of manicotti from the lunch menu. When delivered it was one noodle stuffed with a small amount of ricotta and smothered in a gallon of sauce. After tip and tax paid almost nine dollars for one noodle about 5 inches long. Called manager to let him know I was dissatisfied his response was very rude, did nothing to make my experience better and said he was completely justified in charging what he did because of all the overhead he has to put out. Food not great and definitely not worth the money.

My coworkers and I ordered lunch for delivery. I ordered a half order of cannelloni. When the food was delivered I opened my order only to find one noodle about 4 inches in length, stuffed with a small about of ricotta and swimming in a gallon of sauce. And the lunch cost after tip and tax around nine dollars!! When I called the restaurant and spoke the manager to voice my dissatisfaction and ask him how they could justify charging nine dollars for a single noodle his response was "well I have employees to pay, and other overhead to pay and anyway your office was a problem from the start (we had an old menu and the only problem was correcting the price, other than that there were no problems I recall with ordering)and it's just too bad that you aren't happy with your meal" He was rude and arrogant offered no solution to make me, the customer, happy. Don't waste your money eating at this restaurant, you get way less than you pay for, unless you like paying $9.00 for a sningle noodle.
