        How rude!!

        First time ever using a business like this and Steve was a complete jerk! When asked questions he was rude and unresponsive. Wanting to know why they needed certain information is a ligitimate concern and to be rude and assume someone isn't being honest is intolerable. I understand he probably deals with fraud and all kinds of shady people, but to assume everyone is that way or trying to "get away with something" is just wrong. Not to mention the worst kind of customer service. Will not EVER return.
