        Overall

        John Valdes is one of the most considerate and knowledgable builders I have ever met. His attention to detail, his talent in design and engineering are remarkable, and his clients, friends and staff appreciate his ability to act as designer, engineer and builder, in one. His sense of honesty and fair play is beyond reproach, and I have never known anyone in any industry who takes the initiative and feels the responsibility to his new, as well as long-time, customers. He holds a Builders Contractor, Master Plumber and Unlimited Roofing Licenses, and he is a State Certified Building Inspector. He began his apprenticeship at the age of 12, and has more than 50 years' experience in the commercial and residential building industry.
